Working with your Voice Sunday 5 May @ 10-12.30pm

This workshop explores the habitual tensions we carry around with us, our reactions to stress,
performance anxiety and pain, and what those things "do" to our bodies and to our voice.
We'll look at lots of practical tips and tools to manage and understand our habits and reflexes
better.

All abilities and levels of experience.
Absolute beginners are welcome!

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and a few small books to put under your head.
Booking is strongly recommended to ensure a place.
