Body Control Pilates with Alison


Pilates is a body conditioning programme which aims to improve the way we use our bodies
in everyday life.

Practice pilates regularly and your body will become stronger, toned and flexible.
You will correct bad habits in your posture and movement and be able to enjoy your day to day activities
or favourite sport with less chance of injury.

The Body Control Pilates method can be tailored to people of all ages and levels of fitness. It is a safe, effective
and controlled approach which gives them long term results. If you are new to pilates, or exercise in general,
try a beginners class and you will soon feel the benefits.

Limited to 9 participants, giving each client close supervision
and support. Please bring a mat and a hand towel.

There is an enrollment form to complete which will provide information about your health,
including any ongoing conditions or injuries, so that we can find the most appropriate level
course for you and ensure you exercise safely.
